A2. You will receive your personal mentor, which will guide you step-by-step to a successful purchase.

Q3. How long will I have access to my mentor?
A3. On completion of REMIC’s Mentorship Course students can join our mentorship program, which work with that individual on a one-on-one bases. There is extra cost for future consulting with your mentor.

Q4. Do you also provide assistance in purchasing personal homes?
A4. Yes! REMIC is a full service real estate company, which will assist you in all your real estate needs.

Q5. How can REMIC assist me in managing my properties?
A5. REMIC is currently working on property management for student’s properties; but feel free to attend our property management course that teaches you how to do it yourself.

Q6. After purchasing my first property; when will I start receiving positive cash flow?
A6. Investment properties are analyzed to receive positive cash flow within your first month; but result may vary from property to property.

Q7. Do I need lots of money to purchase investment properties?
A7. No! There are lots of creative ways to purchase real estate without money.
